Here are some tracks that my friend Keith brought by a couple of days ago. I hadn't seen him in a while and it's cool that he's been making some bedroom music in his apartment. You know the feeling you get when you look at a friend's sketch book? You can see the ideas forming and it is very natural and non-pretentious. You can actually see the way they create when they are alone.
These songs are like hearing a sketchbook of ideas, like going to Keith's house and looking at his artwork. It's translated easily and it's just cool to me.
